Agendas and minutes of meeting

At the Parish Council meeting on 22 July 2015 it was agreed to discontinue Open Surgeries in the Parish Council Office. These have been held for the last 16 years so that residents can meet with councillors to discuss any problems / issues that may need to be placed on the agenda of the next Parish Council meeting. However, due to lack of interest, we have reluctantly decided that we should stop holding these surgeries.

If you have any concerns or matters that you feel need to be discussed at a council meeting, councillors will be available to meet with you and, if necessary, raise your concerns at the next Parish Council meeting. Email the office thorngumbaldpc@hotmail.com or telephone the office on 01964 601111 and arrangements will be made for a meeting between you and two councillors.
